Full Event Schedule

We are excited to kick off our 58th Annual Gonzales Jambalaya Festival at Lamar Dixon Expo Center on May 22 - 25, 2025. We have been working diligently to bring you a fun filled weekend of good cooking, great bands, exciting carnival rides, delicious food, various vendors, awesome car show, and challenging 5k and 1k run.  Here is our full event schedule for an entire weekend of fun at The 58th Annual Gonzales Jambalaya Festival.
